Denver Baby Photography
Life Unstill baby photography is focused on natural-environment, artistic baby photos. In the comfort of your own home, we will play with your baby’s favorite toys, pull out your heirloom blankets, and have a snack. You can nurse, change diapers, and be comfortable and take your time. Babies and toddlers don’t have a lot of patience, but I do! I want your experience to be easy and no fuss, no muss. However, if you want a clean background for your portraits, we can always use my studio where I even have a playroom for siblings who tag along.
When my oldest son was born I took him to one of those photo places with a mottled gray background and a little surface with a box to prop him up and a fur rug. I will keep those photos forever, but never once was one hung on a wall or given to a relative. We just didn’t know any better when we hired that photographer. I would have LOVED to have in-home photography where all our things, our life, our personal style would have been present in the pictures. And you know what? Today I kind of like fur rugs, and maybe I would’ve like one then if the images had felt even remotely “us”.
