Please take a moment to read this page to improve your ordering experience.
I am using a new gallery delivery system this year that I hope improves your user experience. However, it has a few quirks I cannot control. I’ve done my best within the constraints of the software to make it as simple as possible.
Gallery Access
You should have received a link directly to your child’s gallery based on the email address you entered when you registered for picture day. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, you can search for your child’s photos using their first name, last name, and the email address you used to register for picture day. If you think you entered your email incorrectly, or are uncertain which email you used, shoot me a message with your child’s first and last name and I will send you the direct link.
Sibling Photos
If I photographed all your children individually, their sibling photos will be combined into one or both of their galleries. If I only photographed one child, the sibling photos will be put into a gallery with the parent’s name who registered for picture day. Please reach out to me if you are unable to find your sibling photos.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These images are captured in a short time with your child. Due to the scheduling arranged with your child’s school, we have a very brief time with each student. I do my best to capture a variety of expressions and conjure authenticity from your son or daughter during this time. Some children are naturally more comfortable than others when it comes to photographs. Each child in the gallery has multiple proof options. Some have more than others. I do my best to get children to give me an authentic expression (hopefully happy) during the short minute or two we have together. Some laugh, some cry, some stand stoic and pensive, some bounce around and giggle….my goal is to capture all this! The photos in the gallery of your child were the best shots I captured of them that day. Whatever their expression, that’s as real as it got at that moment in time. Enjoy the photos, even if your child isn’t making a pretty smile. Your kids are beautiful no matter what. Thank you for your understanding.
Due Dates
Orders placed between now and November 1st, will be delivered to the school the week of 11/2 with no shipping fees. (Please note, if you do not have a student at Montview, you must contact me to arrange pickup.)
Orders placed after 11/1 will be drop shipped to you, and you will pay shipping charges. This is a great reason to get your orders in early!
PHOTO PRICING:
I try to keep pricing as simple and easy to understand as possible. I only include items that, in my experience, parents want to buy.
All purchases for the entire digital collection for your child will receive a 50% discount on individual prints until the bulk ordering period closes on November 1st.
